As a service to our customers we are posting our pre-event letter, private party contract, and corporate contract here.  Completed forms can be emailed to dandelionstudio@yahoo.com or mailed to 115 E. College Blvd. #171, Roswell, NM  88201.  We do not recommend emailing contracts with personal financial information.  Please DO NOT submit a contract before checking availability for the services you are requesting.  Please note that the phone numbers and address changes have not yet been made on our contracts.
